Enquadramento: A deterioração clínica da pessoa nem sempre é bem gerida em contexto de enfermaria resultando numa maior probabilidade de paragem cardiorrespiratória, internamentos não programados em unidade de cuidados intensivos e aumento da mortalidade.
Objetivos: Identificar intervenções de enfermagem realizadas na deteção atempada da deterioração clínica da pessoa em contexto de enfermaria hospitalar.
Metodologia: Revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada através da pesquisa de trabalhos publicados e literatura cinzenta nas bases de dados CINAHL, MEDLINE e ScienceDirect.
Resultados: Identificaram-se 534 resultados, dos quais se selecionaram 11 documentos para análise e extração dos dados.
Conclusão: A avaliação dos sinais vitais, quer de forma individual, quer de forma a obter uma avaliação em escalas de early warning score, são as intervenções de enfermagem realizadas identificadas na literatura.
